All New-Caledonian cattle vets use QSML. We started with them some 9 years ago and have always been very happy with the service they provide. Shipping semen samples from New-Caledonia to Australia is not that easy, we have had several issues with either AQIS or australian postal service, but the QSML team is very helpful in this area. On top of that it must be noted that they are very quick to process our samples, even at night when necessary, to make sure we have the results before the bulls sale! We do order the vials with formal buffered saline from them as well, and they are shipped to us overnight or so, to make sure we don't run out. Thanks a lot Vivian, Kelli and Judy.
